How To Get Though the Quarantine with ease:
1. Turn The TV Off.
It's okay to turn it off. You wont miss anything. Change the topic in your mind by focusing on you, your priorities and the things that elevate YOU.
2. Tune Out.
Where you attention goes, your energy follows. Tune into the things that boost your energy. Tune out of the things that lower your feelings, emotions and vibrations.
3. Get creative.
Start a new project. YouTube a subject or activity you've always wanted to study or learn. Go through your crafts and get crafty. Rearrange your furniture. Revamp your space. Allow your creativity to refresh your mind, bring you peace and newness.
4. Get moving.
Nothing kills stress quicker than body movement. Get moving with a full body you workout. You can play some good music and dance around your house. You can tidy up in a relaxed state of mind. You can do some stretching activities including yoga or tai chi. Movement released stress and strengthens one mentally.
5. Be still
At any point in your day find time to be still. Find a quite and relaxed place where you can feel at peace. Be still. Dont think. Dont move. Thoughts will come but let them fade. Just remain physically present. Breathe and let nothing else matter.
A moment if stillness allows you to reset your brain and body. It gives you a still moment to tune into how you are truly feeling. Stillness gives you a moment of peace. The stillness will give you the answer to how to serve yourself better. It will allow you to be most present and peaceful to your family and others. Be still.
6. Stop worrying about things that are out of your control.
You cant control it all. Focus on what you can control.

Your actions
Your thinking
are all the things you should ever worry about. When you focus on how you are feeling, thinking and being you grow a stronger discernment on how you can direct your energy to serve you and others better.
7. Eat good.
It's easy to indulge in our sugars, snacks and processed foods.
the Quarantine, stock up on plenty of fresh and frozen fruits and veggies. Make snack time full of healthy treats like fruits, veggies and peanuts and your body will thank you.
8. Take your vitamins, teas and herbs each night.
Your body is always affected by your food and vitamin intake and your current mental state. Refuel your body with plenty of vitamins and herbal teas before bed. Ingesting these before bed reduces stress and allows your vitamins and minerals efficient time to go through your bloodstream and digestive track. For your body to recieve the fullness of what your vitamins and herbal have to offer nightly digsuggested highly suggested.
9. Get rest.
Get all the rest you need. For those who are overworked it's time to catch up on much needed rest and sleep. Be sure to maintain a healthy sleep schedule, at least 8 hours per night. Feel free to take naps or be still at any moment in the day. Naps allows one to reset and recharge his or her energy. The goal is to stay energized, peaceful and calm.
10. Be compassionate
Have compassion towards yourself, your friends and family and others enduring difficulties and challenges during this time. Some people are forced to be away from their families, have lost jobs and are having hard times getting by on a daily basis. Show some human compassion by being kind. Share your resources with someone in need, encourage others to remain positive, practice social distancing, show others what it feels like to have someone genuinely care.
